Hi,

Thanks for dropping by. We'd like to take this opportunity to tell you about ourselves.

We've been in business here in Albuquerque since 1991.  We are Albuquerque's original interactive mystery dinner theater.  And we have had a ball, because we never know what the audience is going to come up with.  We always say that we are not sure who has the most fun, the actors or the audience. We've even had marriage proposals take place as part of the show.  One young man even scripted his proposal with he and his lady the only characters.  Luckily we've never had anyone turned down.  But you can imagine the tension between the question and the answer.

Now we are a little different from most of the other dinner theaters you've been to.  For one thing, we don't have a stage.  All of the action takes place around and amongst the tables.  That way we get to "interact" with each other.  Believe us when we say "Reach out and touch someone".  Of course if you would prefer to just sit back and be entertained,  you can do that too.

We also don't have any waiters.  That's because each course of the four course dinner is served between scenes by the characters in the show.  At least the ones that haven't been killed off.

Which brings up our next point.  The reason we call ourselves "Mystery Café" is because that's what our shows are all about.  During the evening someone usually gets eliminated.  Not any of the audience of course.  At least not by us.  But the audience does get to help solve the crime.  And if you're real smart, and real lucky you could be the one that wins the prize.

We think the most important part of Mystery Café is that we try not to take ourselves too seriously.  We want to entertain you.  Make you laugh. Make you like us.  We think we do that.  So when you have a chance, please come and see us.  We'll keep the table set for you.
